4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the contract or agreement for each project. Unless otherwise stated, we require a 50% deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. For website purchases, full payment is required before delivery of the final product.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, SkyPix Agency retains the rights to:

• Display the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.
• Reuse non-custom code and components.
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing materials used in the creation of the deliverables.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkyPix Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SkyPix Agency's website, even if SkyPix Agency or a SkyPix Agency authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
